55th Annual Yule Parlor Parade

The Yule Parlor Parade signals the start of the Christmas Season!

Join our tradition on December 2nd and 3rd.

Home Tours:  11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tea and Shopping at the Neighborhood Church:  12:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Our Tour this year includes 3 stunning Palos Verdes Peninsula homes plus tea at the historic Neighborhood Church.

Christmas Eve Feast

Nestled on a corner of a busy street is a serene sanctuary under a canopy of trees.  This remodeled 1950s Mediterranean house unwinds along a narrow patio with views of the ocean.  Thoughtful planning brings a relaxed comfort to this stunning 5-bedroom, multi-office home with a cook’s kitchen and lovely artwork throughout.

Christmas Open House

With views of the Upper Filorum Canyon, Terranea, Catalina and the vast ocean beyond, this Lowell Lusk home captures the spirit of Palos Verdes Peninsula living.  With the brilliant light from the numerous windows and skylights anchored by dark wood floors, you’ll understand immediately why our hosts traded a Mulholland Drive view for this striking home.

Christmas Dinner

Dinner is set in this French Normandy home with a wide deck overlooking a manicured yard and the ocean beyond.   Treasured antiques and sea shells collected from various parts of the world accent this formal yet very comfortable 4 bedroom home with an open, modern kitchen.

The Neighborhood Church

One of the first buildings on the Peninsula, historic Neighborhood Church is a favorite stop on our annual tour.  The church was originally built as a private villa in the ’20s.  Artisans were brought from Italy to create the elaborate wrought iron work, sconces, and carved wood and decorated ceiling murals.

Our Annual Tea

After touring the church, we invite you to listen to music as you sip tea and enjoy freshly made sandwiches and cookies either in our Fellowship all or on our seaside patio.

Visit our Yule Shop, Vintage Shop, and Bake Shop to top off your festive day.  You will find one-of-a-kind hand-made crafts and holiday accents in our Yule Shop, Scrumptious home-made baked goods in our Bake Shop, and fabulous treasures in our new Vintage Shop.
