City Starts Construction Work on Palos Verdes Drive, Expect Delays
Lane closures controlled by flagmen begin Wednesday.
From the city of Rancho Palos Verdes:
The city will began storm drain and road work along the switchbacks portion of Palos Verdes Drive East today with work along the shoulder.
Beginning Wednesday, July 16 through Friday Aug. 1, lane closures controlled by flagmen, should be expected between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
After that, intermittent lane closures should be expected through Aug. 22. Motorists and cyclists are urged to exercise caution and obey all traffic signs and construction personnel for the safety of all concerned.
