Car Commercial Shooting in Palos Verdes Monday
Video production may create a traffic delay.
From the city of Rancho Palos Verdes:
Motorists, bicyclists and residents should be aware that there is filming activity scheduled on Palos Verdes Drive S., Palos Verdes Drive W. and Hawthorne Boulevard on Monday, June 23.
An automobile commercial will be filming on these city streets and will be using Trump National Golf Club for the production’s “base camp” and cast/crew parking location.
Cast and crew will begin arriving and setting up at the “base camp” at 8 a.m., but filming activity in the public right-of-way will not begin until 9:30 a.m., with shooting to be complete by 3 p.m.

For this commercial shoot, production vehicles and equipment will be using the vacant lots near the Trump National clubhouse for staging and parking. Sheriff’s deputies will be providing intermittent traffic control during filming on the city’s streets.
The city’s Public Works Department has issued an encroachment permit for this shoot. Motorists and bicyclists should expect minor delays on the affected roadways between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. However, no filming activity will be permitted on Palos Verdes Drive S. within the active landslide area.
