Vote Clark Davis for RHE City Council

·      Clark is the only candidate who has fought to save Seahorse Riding Club from being converted into an Assisted Living Development.

·      Against the newest Ordinance increasing Zoning Density, which exceeds State Mandates.

·      More Public Disclosure of all City Meetings via Video On Demand recall.

·      Pro Equestrian – One of two candidates who actually owns a horse.  He means it when he states he is Pro-Equestrian.

·      Against excessive over-development in our commercial district, including current projects that are approaching final approvals.

·      Believes that more Community Outreach via mailings to disclose to the public any major development being proposed for any area of this City, giving the public a “heads up” opportunity to provide input.   This would be in addition to the[1] standard procedures of Committee, Commission, and City Council meetings.

·      Believes in Term Limits for City Council, as well as Commission posts to ward off the “Inner Circle” privileged few at the expense of the public.    If elected to City Council, Clark would work on a Ballot Measure for Term Limits not to exceed 8 years.

·      Enhance the Promenade Shopping Center by attracting Stores that would enhance the center and existing stores.   Reduce and/or eliminate doctor offices at the center, that have proven to destroy the retail trade forcing more businesses to close.   

·      Clark has more Government experience than any other candidate and understands the inner workings of government and how each agency and department interfaces with each other.    He has had extensive experience sitting on governing boards, as well as working to achieve government approvals on behalf of clients.

·      Against behind closed doors negotiations, or illegal private meetings withheld from the public. 

·      The only candidate to be endorsed by the Republican Party!
