CIF TOP 100 ATHLETE, LINDSEY DAVENPORT INDUCTED TO CHADWICK SCHOOL’S ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME, OCTOBER 27TH

Chadwick School will be inducting Lindsay Davenport to their Athletic Hall of Fame, Sunday October 27th. Lindsay was also honored by CIF- Southern Section this year as a “Top 100 Athlete in 100 Years” in recognition of her outstanding career in professional tennis.

Lindsay Davenport, a local South Bay girl, grew up in Rolling Hills. Davenport began her tennis training at the Jack Kramer Club in Rolling Hills Estates. Part of Chadwick Class 1994, she played on the varsity girls tennis team in 1991 and 1992. She currently resides in Laguna Beach.

 In addition, Chadwick will also induct two other people to our Athletic Hall of Fame that day: Don Fordiani '83, a Redondo Beach resident and Lexus Executive, and Cris Hayes '83, a Redondo Beach resident and Sales Executive for Links Magazine.

Chadwick’s 2013 Distinguished Alum is being awarded to local businessman Rick Learned '62. A current resident of Hermosa Beach, former Palos Verdes Estates resident, was the former Chadwick Chair of the Board, and L.A. Biomed Trustee.
