In August, a woman told authorities she had a sexual relationship with Angellano while she was a student at Peninsula High School. The woman alleged the relationship occurred during 2006-07 when she was 16 or 17 years old, Los Angeles police Capt. William Hayes said. This information led detectives to a woman believed to be a second victim, who alleged to having a sexual relationship with Angellano more than a decade ago when she was about 16 years old. No charges were filed in that case because the statute of limitations had passed.
